About WerkHaus Fitness Studio:

WerkHaus aims to help the community through health and wellness services such as strength training, physical therapy and massage therapy. Werkhaus’ goal is to provide a safe and private space for individuals to discover their strength and build upon that strength through their fitness journey.

 

WerkHaus is proud to partner with Sisters in Power to help women discover their strength and guide them through their journey of self-discovery and development.

Sisters in Power is a strength training and empowerment program designed to support Muslim Women in strengthening mind, body and spirit in partnership with WerkHaus Fitness Studio. 

This program, a project of the Women’s Mosque of Canada is an 8-week program designed to support Muslim Women to break free from limiting belief systems and gain essential skills and tools to be stronger in all aspects of their lives including getting physically stronger and feeling more confident in their own skin.
